Silent Auction...FFEA's Only Fundraiser!
August 4-6, 2010
We are asking for every member to donate at least one item to the FFEA Silent Auction
so we can continue providing you with excellent programming value for both the convention
and trade show and regional educational and networking events. EVERY dollar raised
through the silent auction is utilized toward educational opportunities, such as
providing guest speakers at regional seminars and annual convention and trade shows.
Thanks to FFEA members like you, last year's Silent Auction
raised over $6,200!
In addition to festival merchandise, consider creating a basket of trinkets, providing
tickets to an attraction or even asking your favorite coffee shop for a gift certificate.
Here are a few examples of sought after items from last year’s convention and trade show to spark your creativity:
- The City of Seminole donated an American flag that had flown over the U.S. Capital.
- The South Florida Fair donated a one year membership to the Boca Tanning Club.
- American Specialty Insurance donated a Vera Bradley weekender bag.
- The Florida Strawberry Festival donated a signed football by Hall of Famer and former Bucs star LeeRoy Selmon.
- The Pyrotecnico donated a SONY PlayStation package.
- Wayne Densch, Inc. donated a Bud Select neon sign.
