Silent Auction
We are asking for every member to donate at least one item to the FFEA Silent Auction
so we can continue providing you with excellent programming value for both the convention
and trade show and regional seminars. EVERY dollar raised through the silent auction
is utilized toward educational opportunities.
If you are out of ideas, consider creating a basket of trinkets, providing tickets
to an attraction or even asking your favorite coffee shop for a gift certificate.
Thanks to FFEA members like you, last year's Silent Auction raised $7,500 to utilize
for educational opportunities, such as providing guest speakers at regional seminars
and the convention and trade show. Although, we had well over 100 donations last
year, here are a few examples to spark your creativity.
- The American Orchid Society gave a rare orchid.
- The City of Jacksonville provided
four VIP passes to VIP viewing cabanas for the 2007 Sea & Sky Spectacular.
-
Red Baron Pizza donated a signed Coach Urban Myer football.
- Southern Festivals
Magazine donated a half page advertisement.
- The Philadelphia Phillies and Clearwater
Threshers
provided a suite for 20, including food, drinks, and VIP parking.
