FFEA Staff

Suzanne Neve, Executive Director  |

Upon graduation from the Pennsylvania State University, Suzanne began her professional career in the hospitality industry where she honed her organizational and marketing skills. Managing a high performing Marriott property, she garnered several awards including Manager of the Year, General Manager of the Year and Hotel of the Year.

Prior to accepting the position as Executive Director for FFEA, Suzanne spent five years directing events for the Northern Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce. In her position there, she oversaw the production and execution of over 60 events per year, including the ArtiGras Fine Arts Festival. ArtiGras is one of the largest art festivals in the state of Florida and has been recognized as one of the top 50 art festivals in the U.S. and one of the top 20 events in the Southeastern U.S. During her time at the Chamber, their events earned several awards for advertising and organizational excellence.

As the Executive Director for FFEA Suzanne is responsible for all operational aspects of the organization, including membership growth, multimedia marketing, and event management. FFEA's 450 members represent the industry's top leaders and the Association serves as a resource to help them perform at their peak through education, networking and the cultivation of the highest standards. In her role with FFEA, Suzanne and her team visit events throughout the state of Florida and United States and they strive to connect, educate and advocate on behalf of FFEA's diverse membership.

She and her husband Jeff have recently relocated to the Orlando area with their two children Matthew and Elizabeth and are enjoying being closer to their family (and Mickey Mouse of course!).

Alexander Almodovar, Marketing & Conference Coordinator  |

Alexander graduated from Seminole State College with a B.S in Business Information Management. Alexander has nine years of experience working in the convention and banquet department at the largest Marriott in the world, Marriott World Center. During his time with Marriott, Alexander has assisted in production, planning, and controlling conferences and meetings at an enterprise level with the number of attendees exceeding 7000 Attendees. His experience with Marriott has made Alexander a customer service specialist with experience working in fast-paced environments demanding strong organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills. 

 In his role with FFEA, Alexander assists in the planning, coordination, and execution of the Convention and Tradeshow. He coordinates, assists, and collaborates with the Marketing and Entertainment Committee.

Jill Kreppein, Convention Tradeshow Coordinator  |

Jill is currently a senior at the University of Central Florida, Rosen College of Hospitality Management with a major in Event Management and a passion for events and planning fundraisers.

Jill has held several roles with Towne Park, most recently as Guest Service Coordinator.  In addition, she has worked with SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment at  Discovery Cove  in their merchandise department and Aquatica in Guest Arrivals.  Her time in both hotels and theme parks has provided her with remarkable guest service skills and problem solving abilities. 

In her role with FFEA, Jill coordinates several aspects of the annual Conference, including logistics and operations of Tradeshow with more than 60 exhibitors, the SUNsational Event Industry Awards and sponsor retention.

 Stephanie Sanchez, Convention Program Coordinator  |

Stephanie is currently a student at Valencia College majoring in Hospitality Management, and is a regular attendee on the Dean's List .She grew up in Clermont, Florida but has recently moved to Orlando, Florida in order to be closer to school and seek new opportunities in the hospitality field.

Stephanie aspires to become an event planner after finishing her degree. She loves the idea of being able to bring people together and give them new memories to cherish for years to come. She is a mom to a wonderful little boy named Levi who teaches her everyday how great it is to treasure every moment.

In her role with FFEA, Stephanie's primary responsibility is to coordinate the more than 40 Educational Sessions during the Annual Conference including booking speakers, marketing the sessions and all program logistics. Additionally, she coordinates the Silent Auction and Hospitality Suite with their respective committees.
