CONVENTION committees

The FFEA Annual Convention and Tradeshow is held annually in late summer. Committee volunteers typically begin working on their programs in the winter. Thanks to our 2013 Committee Volunteers. If you would like to join a committee, please click here for more information.

Marketing Committee – Determines overall convention theme. Promotes event through social media and local outlets.

SUNsational Awards Committee – Assists with SUNsational Media Awards process and Awards dinner.
Dutch Sanger, Panama City Downtown Improvement Board

Program Committee – Offers speaker suggestions and assists with booking and selection. Acts as room hosts onsite during event.

Hospitality Committee – Helps with greeting attendees, taking tickets, Coordinates late night Hospitality Suite.

Entertainment Showcase Committee – Solicits and schedules entertainment showcases. Introduce acts and work with Production Company on setup.

Social Committee –  Plans Social events during evening.

Silent Auction Committee – Collects Silent Auction items. Setup items for display and oversees auction during Convention.

Sponsorship Committee – Forward sponsorship leads and ideas and works to help secure new sponsors and ensure sponsor satisfaction during event.

Tradeshow Committee – Produces tradeshow including logistics and vendor registration.
