 This year's FFEA Convention and Trade Show will be held at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa at Bonita Springs situated on 26 acres along the Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida, between Naples and Ft. Myers. The 454-room full-service resort offers amenities that allow guests to experience the distinctive surrounding such as eco-tours, fly-fishing, bird watching, and a secluded beach island. The resort also features an 18-hole championship golf course, a 19,000 square-foot full-service spa, salon and fitness center, three pools including a 5,000 square-foot lagoon with a 140-foot water slide, hydro-grid tennis facilities, six restaurants and lounges, and Camp Hyatt program with learning activities.

Room Rates
A block of standard rooms (run of the house) have been reserved for attendees at a rate of
$109 per night, plus applicable taxes for single or double occupancy. All rooms include both wired and Wi-Fi high-speed Internet access ($9.95, plus taxes /24hrs), dual phone lines, voicemail, iHome stereo with iPod dock, refrigerator, complimentary daily newspaper (located in the lobby) and easy video checkout. A daily resort fee of $6.00 per room, per day will be charged and includes local telephone calls, 800/888 telephone surcharges, incoming faxes, DVD rental, complimentary self-parking, resort trolley, beach ferry, exercise facilities, and golf bag storage.
This special FFEA room rate is available from July 29th to August 12th.
If you are staying the nights of Wednesday, August 5th and Thursday, August 6th and desire to stay Friday night, August 7th and/or Saturday night, August 8th, the Hyatt is offering an additional special room rate of $89 per night. If you wish to extend your nights further than Saturday, August 8th, the room rate will revert back to the $109 rate (still a deal for this resort).

Early Departure Fees
To avoid an early departure fee of one night’s room rate and tax, advise the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point no later than 72 hours prior to arrival.
No Shows Fees
To avoid a no show fee of one night’s room rate and tax, advise the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point no later than 72 hours prior to arrival.
Check In/Check Out Times
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 am. All guests arriving before 4:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available. Guest Services can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.

Room reservations can be made by calling 1-800-233-1234. Identify yourself with FL Festivals and Events (FFEA).
The $109 room rate, for applicable taxes, for single or double occupancy, and a daily resort fee of $6.00 per room, per day is only available until the FFEA block is filled or Friday, July 10th,
whichever comes first.
A deposit in the amount of one night stay for each of the confirmed rooms will be due from individuals attending the meeting/event 14 days after room is confirmed by the Hotel, but no later than the cut-off date specified below. Personal checks, money orders or a valid American Express, Visa, or Mastercard number and expiration date will be needed for the deposit.
Please be advised that the e-mail conformation you will receive upon making your reservation at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa in Bonita Springs may not have reflected the contracted room rate for each night booked. Guests booking Wednesday August 5, 2009 and Thursday August 6, 2009, who choose to extend on the nights of Friday and Saturday, will receive a special rate of $89 for the nights of Friday and Saturday only. The resort fee is a contracted discounted price of $6 per night. Upon check-out, your bill will reflect the correct room rate charged for each night.
Reservation Deadline
The $109 room rate, plus applicable taxes, for single or double occupancy, and a daily resort fee of $6.00 per room, per day is only available until the FFEA block is filled or Friday, July 10th, whichever comes first. FFEA strongly urges you to reserve your room nights as soon as possible.
Parking
Self-parking is available at no charge. The current overnight valet rate is $20.00, plus tax.
