Cornelia "Corky" Dozier is a three-time Emmy Award winning Director/Producer, with over 35 Years experience as a Marketing Consultant, Nonprofit Management Professional, and Communications Educator, recognized in legislation by the State of Florida. She is Executive Director of the Greater Miami Host Committee, which for 25 years has set the standards for hosting and marketing the signature events of South Florida ,which have been seen by billions world-wide, to include: The Millennium Celebration, (ABC/PBS broadcast)–Miss Universe, Fashion Week of the Americas, The Women’s International Film Festival, The Martin Luther King Parade, The Asian Arts Festival, The Miami/Bahamas Goombay Festival, and The Big Orange New Year’s Eve Celebration (voted top ten New Year’s Eve destination in the world). She has served as a consultant for the National Endowment for the Arts, the State of Florida, The South Florida Consular Corps, Sister Cities International, Multicultural Tourism for the United States Department of Tourism, and Enterprise Florida.
