Greg works for the Waterman Communities, a non-profit retirement community company and is one of the founding partners of Performance Innovations, a speaking, consulting, training, and survey firm located in Longwood. Greg has spent over 20 years as a professional speaker and consultant in training and leadership development. His programs have gained widespread recognition as a leader in consulting in research and training.
