Menus
Menus have not been completely planned. However, it is likely that they will include chicken, pork, or pasta. The Opening Reception will have food stations. These menus will be posted on the online registration program. Please note any special dietary concerns on your online registration form no later than July 15th.

Cancellation Policy
Due to hotel's requirements regarding food function guarantees, if a cancellation is received after July 15, 2009, a $50 per person cancellation fee will be charged. If a cancellation is received after August 1, 2009, a $150 per person cancellation fee will be charged.
If a check is returned or a credit card number cannot be processed, in addition to the charges assessed to FFEA by the bank, a $25 processing fee will be charged.
