Special Needs
Every meal has something for everyone, including vegetarians and vegans. If you
need a special meal, such as a gluten-free meal, please go back into your registration
record and place a note under special dietary concerns no later than July 16th.
Cancellation Policy
Due to hotel's requirements regarding food function guarantees, if a cancellation
is received after July 15, 2010, a $50 per person cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation is received after August 1, 2010, a $150 per person cancellation
fee will be charged.
