Delegate Registration Fees
Included in the registration fees are Educational Sessions, Opening Keynote Presentation, Half-Day Seminars, and Interest Groups.

For delegates, the following food tickets are included in your registration fee:

Friday Night Social is not included in the registration fee and requires the purchase of a ticket. Attendees have the option to purchase a discounted CityWalk Party Pass, a discounted Blue Man Group Ticket (includes same day admission to CityWalk clubs), a special After 2 pm Ticket for Universal Studio and Island of Adventures Ticket (includes same day admission to CityWalk clubs), or a City Walk Meal and Movie Ticket. Internet Access
All of our Internet needs will be handled by Swisscom Hospitality Services. For quotes on your Internet needs, please email John Bibbs, or by call him at 321.251.5025. If Internet services are not contacted before July 21st additional late fees will apply.

Power
All electrical needs will be handled by Edlen Electrical who is located in the Omni. Edlen Electrical has agreed to a reduced rate of $40 for a 0-500 WATTS (5 AMPS). This reduced electrical fee is only valid through July 31st. Beginning August 1st, rates will be increased to $56. Click here for a form that can be utilized to order electrical needs for your booth.

Shipping Needs for Exhibitors
The Omni will not accept any packages earlier than August 1st.

Packages or materials of excessive weight or value must be approved for receipt by the Omni prior to shipping. There is a .60 per lb/per box incoming and $8.00 outgoing handling charge for all boxes processed by the Omni’s Shipping and Receiving Department. The handling charge includes the receiving, handling and storage with delivery of box to exhibit room. Each pallet or crate delivered to the Omni is subject to a $100.00 handling charge. Shipping and receiving hours are 7:30am-5:00pm Monday through Friday. FedEx and UPS do not provide Saturday/Sunday pickup or delivery services. Should special arrangements for delivery be necessary, please contact Dewey Watkins, Conference Services Manager, at dwatkins@omnihotels.com or 407-238-6536.

Number of Boxes

A storage fee of $5.00 per box per day will apply for any boxes received prior to 5 days of the first function. This storage fee will also apply to each empty packing container stored during the function. The Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate is not in any way liable for the contents of these packages.

These are guest ticket prices for family and friends. The opportunity to visit Universal Studios and/or Islands of Adventure with an after 2 pm ticket is only available for convention attendees through a dedicated website. These after 2 pm tickets may be utilized on Friday night or you may purchase after 2 pm tickets to utilize for another day during the convention block. The parks close at 10:00 pm.

Cancellation Policy

Due to hotel's requirements regarding food function guarantees, if a cancellation is received after July 14, 2008, a $50 per person cancellation fee will be charged. If a cancellation is received after August 1, 2008, a $100 per person cancellation fee will be charged.

If a check is returned or a credit card number cannot be processed, in addition to the charges assessed to FFEA by the bank, a $25 processing fee will be charged.
