Emily Rogers, Founder, Emily Rogers Consulting & Coaching

Emily Rogers’ mission in life is to be in the world on purpose every day – in relationships, in work, and in nature – in ways that are true to who she is and express her core values. As a consultant and coach she inspires people and organizations to grow and achieve their full potential in purposeful and balanced ways.

Prior to founding her consulting and coaching practice in 2013, Emily was president & chief growth officer at IEG – a sponsorship consulting firm; senior sponsorship executive at the Florida State Fairgrounds; a public relations representative for the Florida Citrus industry; and an elementary school teacher. She is a sought after speaker that has presented keynote presentations and lead workshops throughout North America, Europe and Asia. 

As a volunteer leader, Emily serves on the Florida Education Foundation Board of Directors and the Polk Museum of Art Board of Trustees. Previously she served on the Florida Festivals & Events Association Board of Directors and was board chair for two years.

Emily graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in Reading and Language Arts. She later earned a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of South Florida. Emily recently completed a comprehensive training program at the Coaches Training Institute.

Emily lives in Lakeland, Florida with her husband on their citrus and cattle ranch. She enjoys walking with her golden retriever, riding her quarter horse, practicing yoga, gardening, traveling and reading.
