Calling all Entertainers! FFEA is currently accepting applications for acts to perform for our 200+ event professionals during the Annual Convention & Tradeshow. This is your opportunity to showcase your talent in person to entertainment buyers throughout the state.

What are Entertainment Showcases?

Entertainment Showcases are opportunities for Performers to “showcase” their talents to over 300 attendees representing events, festivals and fairs as well as industry suppliers and sponsors. The acts that are selected to perform will have dedicated time slots to grab the attention of the participants – a great way to increase the chances of being booked! 

 The Entertainment Showcases Committee is seeking a wide variety of unique performances – music, dance, visual and novelty acts.

 

When are the Entertainment Showcases?

The Entertainment Showcases will held during the FFEA Annual Convention and Trade Show from July 29 - 31, 2015.

 Where are the Entertainment Showcases?

The Entertainment Showcases will be held at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort during the FFEA Annual Convention and Trade Show. CLICK HERE to view acts from 2014 event.

Important details

  • Applications must be received no later than March 10, 2015.

  • The application fee is $10 per act submitted and nonrefundable.

  • Acceptance notifications and performance times, set-up details, etc. will be emailed by early May 2015.

  • If accepted, the artist or artist’s agency is responsible for the showcase / exhibit fees due by June 1, 2015.

  • Exhibit fees do not include electric access at the booth, however it may be purchased for an additional fee.

  • A waiting list will be maintained in the event there is a cancellation.  Cancellations must be received by June 30, 2015, in order for your performance fee to be returned.
