Complete Ticket Solutions - Ticket Operations Internships

Term:  January 5th, 2015 to May 4th, 2015

 Enthusiastic & energetic individual needed for Complete Ticket Solutions Inc. A CTS internship will give you an opportunity to gain unparalleled Ticket Operations experience relating to promotion, sports, & special event management. With this internship you can complement your academic tenure with practical day-to-day experience. It is our hope that you will have an exciting time and learn hands on about a career in Ticket Operations/Box Office Management, sports and event management.

 

Responsibilities: (could include but not limited to)

  • Assist in all areas of ticket operations on event days.
  • Oversee the supervision of part time ticket sellers.
  • Assist CTS management with staffing for all events.
  • Perform other duties and projects assigned by management of CTS.
  • Possess a basic knowledge of all CTS events in order to answer customer & client questions.
  • Relieve management of clerical work, minor administrative and business details.
  • Assist with all aspects of office support (i.e. mailings, phones, faxing, processing).
  • Assist with sales & marketing efforts
  • Maintain filing system, computer database, and contact lists.
  • Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

 

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal communication skills, and customer relations’ skills. Bilingual is a plus, but not required. Ability to interact with management and employees at all levels within the company, clients, and customers. Must be attentive to details and able to lift 30+ pounds.

  • College Credit
  • An average of 40-45 hours per week
  • Monthly Compensation (Unpaid Internships available if required)
