MYSTERY SHOPPER program

FFEA has partnered with Shoppers' Critique International to provide a discounted Mystery Shopper program for your special events. Participants in the program will host anonymous mystery shoppers who will Evaluate and report on the level of customer service and friendliness of the staff in person during the selected event and ensure employees & volunteers are following customer service directives established by ownership and management. Each participant will receive a full analytic package of data reporting and distribution on ShopMAX®.

Program Pricing - Ticketed Events
10+ Evaluations per Event - $85 each Evaluation
5+  Evaluations per Event - $95 each Evaluation
Reimburse for up to 4 tickets for each event and any cost associated in performing the evaluation not to exceed a maximum amount set by event (including parking, taxes, and tips).

Program Pricing - Non-Ticketed Events
10 + Evaluations per Event - $105 each Evaluation
5+ Evaluations per Event - $125 each Evaluation
Reimbursement: Reimburse for any cost associated in performing the evaluation not to exceed a maximum amount set by event (including parking, taxes, and tips).

Participating Members will be eligible for the FFEA Annual "Highest Service" Award presented at the annual conference. Overall results of all combined events will be presented at the Annual Business Meeting.
