There are several registration options below including full conference registration, day rates and Exhibit Booth. Please review the options and click on the correct link to process your registration. You may pay online with a credit card or request an invoice once your registration has been processed. An email confirmation with invoice will be sent immediately.


Full Convention Registration Includes the following:

Entry to all Educational Sessions including seminars, workshops, panel discussions and learning roundtables

Entry to Tradeshow floor

Entertainment Showcases and After Hours Hospitality Pavilion

All Food & Beverage Functions including:
Opening Reception (food stations and beverages), Awards Lunch (buffet lunch with beverages), Tradeshow Happy Hour (appetizers and beverages), Superhero Social and Silent Auction (dinner and beverages)

Members: Members of FFEA attending the entire convention - $475.00

Non Members:  – Non-members of FFEA attending the entire convention. Nonmembers who pay the full conference non-member rate and join FFEA within 30 days of the closing of the convention will received a $150 credit towards their new membership dues for the first year.  - $650.00

Student Members: – requires a valid student ID. - $300.00

Single Day Rates are also available:

Tuesday, August 1, 2017 - $100 (members) / $150.00 (non-members)

Wednesday, August 2, 2017- $250.00 (members) / $300.00 (non-members)

Thursday, August 3, 2017- $250.00 (members) / $300.00 (non-members)

Friday, August 4, 2017- $50.00 (members) / $100.00 (non-members)

EXHIBITOR PRICING Included in the registration fee are:

Exhibit space with one six foot draped and skirted banquet table and one chair, along with standard 8x10 pipe and drape.

Registration Cancellation Policy: If cancellations are received in writing before 5 pm on July 6, 2017, we will refund your registration fee, less a $75 processing fee due to actual hard costs incurred by FFEA. There will be NO refunds under any circumstance on or after July 7, 2017, as FFEA will commit to your attendance to the host venues and host destination at that time.  Refunds will not be given for no-shows.

Registration Transfers: To transfer your registration to another person in your organization, please submit a request detailing changes via email to suzanne@ffea.com. Transfers after July 26, 2017, will be processed onsite.
