This session will discuss the importance of building loyalty with corporate partners, asking smart questions to determine a partner's goals or objectives to determine a ROI, why treating all partners the same (little fish vs big fish) is important and give some unique examples of packages.

President, Sponsorship Reliance Group

Andrew (Andy) Falter is President and Founder of the Sponsorship Reliance Group (SRG) and assists organizations with growing their sales revenue through creative sponsorship and exhibit sales opportunities. He also provides training and coaching working with individuals and groups helping them achieve their sales goals. Andy uses his 30 years of sales experience to provide unbiased strategic direction, innovative solutions and cutting-edge plans that increase revenues.

Prior to starting SRG, Andy worked in the hotel sales industry for 25 years with hotel companies such as Starwood, Wyndham and Hilton Hotels. Andy has served on the PCMA Capital Chapter Board of Directors and also worked on their Sponsorship and Membership Committees. Andy, a graduate from Michigan State University, participates as a mentor in the University's Spartan Mentor/Mentee program, volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America and is active member of Toastmasters International.
