The Bishop Museum of Science and Nature (formerly the South Florida Museum) is back with a new name and new event spaces. Explore the "Backyard Universe", try food from Morton's Gourmet Market and enjoy the sounds of soloist Jariah Higgins (sponsored by Total Entertainment by Matt Winter).
Doors open at 6PM.
At 7PM, join us in the planetarium for an optional 30 minute session on "The Science of Social Media".

Please enter the event from 10th street. There is a set of iron gates to the right of the main entrance. Continue through the iron gates that lead to the courtyard and look for the check-in desk.
PARKING:
Free street parking is available on 10th Street West in front of The Bishop. There are also several parking locations available in downtown Bradenton that are convenient to the Museum, including the County parking garage at the corner of Manatee Avenue and 10th Street West.
