Central Christian Church Hosts Night of Joy/Give-M-Shelter Concert Being held at the England Brothers Park to Improve Homelessness Awareness
PINELLAS PARK – Faith leaders, local churches and outreach organizations come together to provide awareness on homelessness in Pinellas County at this free event.Local Christian rock and blues bands including The Vanilla Beans, The Posse, Sevenfold and the Kelly Nunn Band will be performing from 4-8 PM.
There will be hamburgers and hot dogs provided by the People Helping People organization with all proceeds going to support their efforts. Over 150 gallons of different kinds of soup will be served at this event. Those in need will receive free soup. An all-u-Can eat soup wrist band will be available for $5. There is fun for kids of all ages including a bounce house, s’mores pit and a petting zoo. A silent auction will be held and proceeds will benefit homeless in our community. All are welcome.
