You already know their music—hit songs recorded by some of your favorite artists, from Jason Aldean and Tim McGraw to 3 Doors Down, Lee Ann Womack, Jake Owen, Eli Young Band, Trace Adkins, Mac Davis, Brooks & Dunn, Kenny Chesney, Hootie & the Blowfish, and countless others.
In just a few weeks, the hitmakers behind those chart-toppers will gather at the Pensacola Beach Songwriters Festival to share the stories and inspirations behind their songs—and perform them live. More than 135 artists are scheduled to showcase their talents from September 30 through October 12.
Now in its 17th year, this nationally recognized festival brings together today’s hottest hit songwriters, legends of yesterday, and rising stars of tomorrow. The lineup includes two-time Grammy winner Rebecca Lynn Howard; songwriter Jerry Vandiver, whose works have been recorded by Tim McGraw and The Oak Ridge Boys; Texas favorite Kensie Coppin; and American roots artist Mudbone.
With performances across 17 intimate venues in downtown Pensacola and 13 on Pensacola Beach, most shows are free and open to the public. Mark your calendar and visit http://www.pensacolabeachsongwritersfestival.com for artist schedules, dates, times, and venues.
