Included on this page you will find all of the details you will need to prepare for the Conference, however should you have any questions at all please don’t hesitate to contact our office at 407.203.1334. Please review in detail and return the Acknowledgement Form no later than July 30, 2020. The insurance certificates that are outlined in the agreement are due to our office no later than July 29th. All of the information and forms can be completed online through e-signature via your EventHub account once registered for the conference.

Each 10’ wide x 8’deep booth area will be provided with an 8’ high background drape, 3’ high side drape, one 6’ skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket and a booth Identification sign. The exhibit hall has wall-to-wall carpeting, and floor covering is not required at this show.
