Exhibitor Policies & Guidelines

Thank you for registering for the Florida Festivals and Events Association 24th Annual Convention and Tradeshow. We are delighted that you will be joining us at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Coconut Point in Bonita Springs, FL.

Included on this page you will find all of the details you will need to prepare for the Conference, however should you have any questions at all please don’t hesitate to contact our office at 407.203.1334. Please review in detail and return the Acknowledgement Form no later than July 30, 2018. The insurance certificates that are outlined in the agreement are due to our office no later than July 29th.

Our Tradeshow Committee is looking forward to greeting you on Tuesday, August 21st in the Calusa Ballroom for setup.

Exhibitor Move-In: Tuesday August 21, 2018, 11:00am-5:00pm
Exhibitor Move-Out: Thursday, August 23, 2018, 1:30pm-4:00pm (Please note that breaking down before 1:30pm is strictly prohibited)
Booth Specs: Each 10’ wide x 8’deep booth area will be provided with an 8’ high background drape, 3’ high side drape, one 6’ skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket and a booth Identification sign. The exhibit hall has wall-to-wall carpeting, and floor covering is not required at this show.

Registration Information

  • Register and pay for your booth and attendees
  • Registration fee includes ONE attendee to work your exhibit booth. Additional badges are $350 per person and need to be registered and paid for in advance.
