Exhibitor Information

The 26th Annual Florida Festivals and Events Association Convention and Tradeshow will take place August 18-20, 2020 at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point in Bonita Springs, FL. It will provide unmatched educational and networking opportunities to over 350 event planners, producers, suppliers and sponsors who will be in attendance. Convention attendees represent a broad range of organizations including non-profits, Chambers of Commerce, Associations, Municipalities and event production companies. The group of 300 convention delegates plan a combined 3,500 events per year with millions of patrons.

Included in the registration fee are:
  • Exhibit space with one six foot draped banquet table and one chair, along with standard 8'x10' pipe and drape.
  • List of Attendees' Contact Information (via Excel Spreadsheet)
  • Opportunity to attend any of the more than 40 educational sessions
  • Company name listed on event signage and logo in mobile app
  • Pick your own space! Spaces will be assigned based on receipt of payment and vendor preference.
  • Entertainment Showcases and Cocktails and Conversation Hospitality After Hours each evening
  • All Food & Beverage Functions including:
    • Opening Reception (Food Stations, Beer, Wine, Soda & Water
    • Awards Lunch (Buffet Lunch with Soda and Water)
    • Tradeshow Happy Hour (Appetizers, Beer, Wine, Soda & Water)
    • Tradeshow Luncheon (Buffet Lunch with Soda and Water)
    • Social and Silent Auction (Dinner and Cash Bar)


$595 for the exhibit booth with one attendee
$395 per person for each additional attendee


$750 for the exhibit booth with one attendee
$450 per person for each additional attendee

*Non-member exhibitors who register and attend the FFEA conference receive $150 credit towards the cost of a new membership within 60 days of the conference.


The schedule below is designed to allow exhibitors time to interact with attendees in various aspects throughout the Convention. The exhibit halls hours are spread throughout the entire Convention in order to allow ongoing interaction between exhibitors and attendees. We strongly encourage all exhibitors to attend educational and networking events when possible, as they do not conflict with Exhibit Hall Hours. Items in RED below are MANDATORY times when your booth must be staffed. All other items on the schedule are recommended functions for exhibitors.
