The 23rd Annual Florida Festivals and Events Association Convention and Tradeshow will take place August 1-4, 2017 at the Omni Championsgate Resort in Orlando, FL. It will provide unmatched educational and networking opportunities to over 300 event planners, producers, suppliers and sponsors who will be in attendance. Convention attendees represent a broad range of organizations including non-profits, Chambers of Commerce, Associations, Municipalities and event production companies.  The group of 300 convention delegates plan a combined 2,500 events per year with millions of patrons.

Non-members who exhibit at the non-member rate and join FFEA within 30 days of the Convention Closing date will receive a $150 credit towards their membership dues.

Exhibitor Schedule

The schedule below is designed to allow exhibitors time to interact with attendees in various aspects throughout the conference. The exhibit halls hours are spread throughout the entire conference in order to allow ongoing interaction between exhibitors and attendees. We strongly encourage all exhibitors to attend educational and networking events when possible, as they do not conflict with Exhibit Hall Hours. Items in red below are MANDATORY times when your booth should be staffed. All other items on the schedule are recommended functions for exhibitors.
