Safety Plan

We are committed to maintaining all appropriate sanitary, health, and safety measures and encourage attendees to follow guidelines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization.

As we move ahead with planning and implementing the programming, we will continue to place high importance on facilitating measures that will ensure optimal health and sanitary conditions for everyone onsite during the event. In order to remain informed about the ongoing situation at both the global and local levels, we are in constant communication with our partner the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress.

Guided by their purpose of care and experience delivering world-class hospitality for more than 60 years, Hyatt’s Global Care & Cleanliness Commitment further enhances existing operational guidance and resources around colleague and guest safety and peace of mind. This multilayered commitment will build on Hyatt's existing rigorous protocols and include an accreditation process by the Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC) at all Hyatt hotels around the world, colleague training and support resources, and a cross-functional working group of medical experts and industry professionals that will contribute to various aspects of the hotel experience. • Seating for classroom and rounds that allows for social distancing during all functions (5 seats per 72” round table and 2 per 6’ classroom table)
  • After Hours Hospitality will be held outdoors with additional room for distancing.
  • Monitoring attendance in all meeting spaces to allow for distance between attendees adn to track which sessions attendees have participated in for contact tracing purposes, if needed.
  • Exhibit hall has wider 11' - 12' aisles to avoiding crowding.
  • Hand sanitizer stations throughout all meeting space.
  • Extra disinfectant on all high touch areas.
  • Meeting spaces, tables and chairs cleaned between each session

  • Each guestroom will be cleaned with CDC approved disinfectants with further guidance from our partners at EcoLab. For the safety of guests and colleagues, we will not be entering guest rooms at any time during your stay. Simply dial "0" for contactless room-delivery of any needs you may have.
